We own the 5 core processes — cutting, hot stamping, sewing, assembly and printing — as our own in-house lines. Because nothing is scattered out to subcontractors, we take direct responsibility for quality, delivery and cost in one place. See below for what — and how far — we can build.
Cutting → hot stamping → sewing → assembly run on one connected line, so there is no quality variance between processes.
Before mass production, we validate specifications and quality first with small test runs, reducing risk.
Even items not on the list can be newly developed and mass-produced by combining the processes we own.
Sun visors are produced on an integrated cutting, hot stamping, sewing and assembly line; labels on our printing process. Each process is not confined to a single industry — the moment you combine materials and processes, the range of what you can make widens.

We precision-cut a wide range of materials — fabric, non-woven, film, sheet, leather, sponge and more — to specification. With die cutting (Thomson) and profile cutting, we process even complex shapes uniformly, and we minimize material loss to secure cost competitiveness. We supply cut parts in a state ready to feed straight into the next process.

A process that transfers logos, patterns and gold/silver foil onto a surface with heat and pressure. By precisely controlling temperature, pressure and time, we achieve a crisp, high-end finish that won't peel off. It applies across surface branding in general — automotive interiors requiring brand logo embossing, cosmetic containers, appliance exteriors, household goods and more.

On sewing lines staffed by skilled workers, we complete the shape of fabric- and textile-based products. From finished goods requiring precise finishing, such as sun visors, to covers, pouches and industrial textile products, we maintain consistent sewing quality and durability. We handle a variety of sewing methods and finishing specifications.

We carry out finished-goods assembly, from joining parts to functional and visual inspection and packaging. We handle everything from high-mix low-volume assembly to mass-production assembly, and we bring final quality inspection in house so that only products meeting delivery standards ship. We can also handle downstream tasks such as set composition and packaging on your behalf.
We produce labels, stickers and special printed materials, from small runs of 100 pieces to large volumes. For labels, the combination of material and finishing is quality itself — we print on a wide range of materials such as synthetic paper, PET, art paper, kraft and hologram film, and add high value-added special finishing with our own processes: gold/silver foil hot stamping, epoxy dome, spot UV, tamper-evident security labels, authentication holograms and more. Operated separately from the sun visor line, this is where WOOJOO Special Industry began and remains one of our core processes.
We propose the optimal material for each use and environment. We also handle functional fabrics such as waterproof, heat-resistant and chemical-resistant.
From post-processing that elevates surface texture and brand value to security finishing that prevents forgery and tampering, all handled in one place.
Though not used in the 5 core sun visor processes, the equipment below lets us handle production in a wider range of materials and shapes. New items, too, can be developed with us from prototype to mass production by combining these machines.

Precisely cuts a wide range of materials — acrylic, leather, textile, wood, film and more — without any mold. It processes even complex shapes and fine patterns uniformly, and is especially advantageous for small-batch, prototype and custom work where making a mold would be burdensome.

Quickly prints prototypes, mock-ups, jigs and small parts. Before entering mass production, we verify shape and assembly fit with a physical piece, reducing development risk and time and turning ideas into results you can hold in your hands right away.

Automatically cuts patterns based on CAM data. When cutting fabric and sheet materials in high volume and repetition, it works faster and more uniformly than by hand, and with just a drawing it cuts even complex patterns accurately, passing them straight on to downstream sewing and assembly.

Renders logos, patterns and brand marks in embroidery. Unlike printing or transfer, stitching in thread gives a premium texture and durability, and it serves the branding finish of textile-based products and small-batch custom embroidery.
Below are representative examples of items each process can produce. Even if the item you need isn't on the list, we can develop and mass-produce it by combining processes — so feel free to get in touch.
