Built on the processes we own, we run both our own product manufacturing and external collaboration & OEM production.
We produce cosmetic, food and industrial labels, from small runs of 100 pieces to large volumes. We print on a wide range of materials — synthetic paper, PET, art paper, kraft, hologram film and more — and add high value-added special finishing such as gold/silver foil hot stamping, epoxy dome, spot UV, embossing, tamper-evident security labels and authentication holograms. We design the combination from material to finishing to suit each application.
We produce sun visors for finished vehicles directly through the full cutting, hot stamping, sewing and assembly process. Because everything — from fabric cutting to logo transfer, sewing, parts assembly and final inspection — runs on one connected line, we mass-produce reliably with no quality variance between processes. We maintain a quality management system at the level required for OEM delivery.
Using the processes we own, we manufacture products for other companies and brands on a contract basis. From components to finished goods, we reduce risk by validating with small prototype runs before moving to mass production. Regardless of industry — automotive, cosmetics, electronics, industrial goods and more — we also develop new items together by combining our processes.
We develop and operate 'Factory WOOJOO', our own in-house system for digitally managing production, equipment and quality at the Ulsan and Gyeongju factories. From work orders and process progress to equipment status and delivery, everything is managed on one screen, and we continuously improve quality with the accumulated data.
